Match the current objective in your pause menu to the route above. Hellraiser: Revival uses objective names rather than numbered in-game chapters, so a location and an objective together are more useful than a chapter number. Our numbered route cards are navigation for this website.
The apartment keeps repeating
Let the wall message appear, then turn back toward the dark passage. Walking through the same apartment door again will not resolve this opening loop.
The skull puzzle will not open
Orientation matters. With the skull facing away from you, the reported sequence is left, back, right, top. Directions reverse if you rotate the skull toward you.
The statue needs something
Find the Leviathan Tip in the security office. Fit it on the diamond-shaped statue, then align the three rotating sections. The reward opens the exit near the office.
A code from a guide failed
Check the lock’s location and read its local clue before trying a different number. The first painting-hall cabinet has conflicting reports of 9901 and 0199.
Before you go any deeper
This is a single-player first-person survival horror game. Exploration, limited carrying space, weapons and the Genesis Configuration all feed into progression. Saber estimates roughly 8–12 hours for a playthrough; your pace, difficulty and exploration can change that substantially.
- Keep several manual saves. Published completion guides report no chapter select or post-story free roam. Save before leaving a major area, spending a large amount at a shop or committing to a new objective.
- Check the room before the exit. A visibly open door can be a point of no return. Review side rooms, upgrades and key items while you still have access.
- Separate a chase from a fight. A Chatterer chase asks you to keep moving. Do not spend ammunition trying to solve a navigation sequence through combat.
- Use a difficulty-matched reference. Enemy pressure, supplies and saving restrictions can differ. The route is a useful framework; a video’s inventory is not a promise of what your run contains.

Is this a guide to the full game or the demo?
This site covers the released campaign. The Steam demo covers only an opening portion, so do not expect its ending or available items to match the full campaign.
Can I play Hellraiser: Revival on this website?
No. This is an independent guide website, not a browser version of the game. Use the official store links for the actual game.
Does Hellraiser: Revival have chapter select?
Published trophy guides report no chapter-select feature. Keep manual saves if you want to return for optional items or a missed challenge.
Which platforms is it available on?
Saber’s current FAQ lists Steam, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and Nintendo Switch 2. The Switch 2 physical retail release is listed for October 30, 2026.
Is there a spoiler-free walkthrough?
The beginning of this page avoids ending details. Objective titles can still reveal story developments. Puzzle answers, boss pages, the ending guide and the full gameplay video contain spoilers; open only the section you need.
Are the film’s Lament Configuration and this game’s box the same name?
The game’s official description calls Aidan’s puzzle box the Genesis Configuration. Guides on this site use that name to match the game.
