Follow each newly available path in the torch chamber rather than repeating the same lit route. In the later chase, move the blocks to activate the wall switch, then reach Sunny’s pillar and reshape the box to fit its socket.
Read the loop before choosing another doorway
The Labyrinth deliberately reuses spaces while changing their state. At a seemingly ordinary room, inspect interactive objects and then check the route behind you. Moving forward through an unchanged loop is less useful than noticing what appeared after the previous interaction.
The progression toward Free Sunny’s Soul includes timed hazards and encounters with the Chatterer. Separate these from the exploration portions. During a chase, commit to a clear path; during a loop puzzle, slow down enough to inspect the room’s changed state.
Solve the blue-torch chamber
When you arrive at the chamber with the central growth and multiple exits, use the path identified by the blue torch. Return to the central chamber and compare the exits again. The lighting changes after you complete a route, which is the information you need for the next choice.
- Identify the currently available branch.
- Follow it through the connecting passage.
- Return and look for the changed route.
- Repeat until a new central/red-lit opening becomes available.
It helps to describe each exit by its position relative to your arrival point. “The same door as last time” is unreliable when the environment is designed to shift. This is an observation puzzle rather than a fixed keypad combination.
Move the blocks while escaping
The later pursuit requires the Genesis Configuration as well as movement. When large blocks obstruct the corridor, move the marked pieces to clear the passage. In the more open pillar room, the goal changes: place the block so it presses the wall switch and opens the way out.
Do not move every available object simply because it highlights. Find the closed exit and the switch controlling it, then use the movable block as the connection between them. If you are repeatedly caught, the useful adjustment is to identify those two targets before the next attempt.
Reach the pillar in the Field of Souls
After the chase, continue through the ruins and check low gaps when a standing-height route ends. Follow the stairs toward the pillar holding Sunny. Interact with it and manipulate the Genesis Configuration to match the shape of the recess.
Align the shape and confirm the placement using the on-screen prompt. This step uses the box’s physical form; it is not solved by shooting the pillar, transferring fire or entering a code. Read the prompt again if the interaction appears to be doing something different from the earlier telekinesis tutorial.
Leave and prepare for the heart hunts
After the pillar interaction, follow the newly opened route and use the save opportunity. The campaign moves back toward the apartment and then into the heart-hunt objectives. This is a useful point to preserve a separate manual save before a new major area.
